Shipping Policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – ET) are processed the same day. All products go through a short processing phase for quality control and careful preparation before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in case of delays. We will keep you informed and always aim to keep delays to a minimum.
